1. What is the time limit for customers to raise return requests?
Our return policy permits customers to raise the Return/Exchange request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. For example, if the delivery date of the product is 1st May 2020, then he/ she can raise a return request until 15th May 2020. Our organization also accepts partial returns. However, the return request will not be entertained after 15 days of delivery.
2. What is the process to initiate a return or exchange request?

3. Does the customer need to use your packaging or can they use their own?
Under the event of self shipment of merchandise to be returned to the mentioned Style Baazar location, the customer may use their packaging material which doesn’t damage the merchandise in any manner. Original product packaging may also be used for sealing the merchandise if it is not damaged while opening the product. For Pick-up of merchandise by our Logistics Partner, customers are not required to use packaging. You are requested to include the original order slip in the merchandise package.
4. How can the customers track the return/replacement requests?
After a customer places their order, it will take some time to get packaged and shipped. To track the order, customers may E-mail us at email@example.com or call us at +91 7044419090.
5. When will the customers get a refund in case of replacement/exchange worth less than MRP products?
6. Can used merchandise be returned?
Style Baazar Return/Refund Policy mentions that request for return or exchange of purchased products shall not be entertained by Style Baazar if:
● The product is ineligible to be returned and is marked as Non-Returnable.
● The product has been washed or Tags showing brand name/prices on the PDP page/material as well as accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the customer.
● Returned product(s) carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odor.
● The serial number or barcode of the product, as applicable, does not match our records.
● Products to be returned must be accompanied by the accessories, gifts, or other items originally bundled with such Product.
We will have the right exercisable at our sole discretion, to refuse to accept the return of such product or process refund in form of store credits after deducting the amount payable in respect of such gift items.
7. What is Style Baazar’s Fair Usage Policy for Customers?
We arduously aspire to provide the best experience to our customers. However, it has been noted that a few accounts may abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically place multiple orders without a bona fide intention of using or retaining the merchandise purchased and return most of the items bought and or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our genuine customers, we reserve the right to collect the shipping charge of Rs. 49 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts that have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by the value of orders placed.
8. How do you check the status of your order?
The customers can track the order by logging with the registered email ID or social ID (Facebook or google+) on the website/App and select the ‘My Account’ Section. We ensure timely communication about your order status via Email / SMS under the following conditions:
● When your order is confirmed / processed / shipped / delivered
● When your order shipment is delayed
9. How can you check if Style Baazar can deliver to your area?
You can find out if Style Baazar delivers to your PIN Code using the serviceability tool available on the product page. Please enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the product selected. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
10. How are orders placed are delivered to the customers?
All orders placed on Style Baazar are dispatched through their own leading courier service partners in India. At this point, Style Baazardelivers products only within India.
11. How can you get your order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In the future, if we are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you may receive communication from us regarding the same.
12. You have received a partial item from your order. What to do?
If you don’t receive the complete order in 48 hours, kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
● Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
● You may be required to information’s like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
● The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users)
● The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation
● You may not be liable for a refund if you fall in any of the scenarios stated below:
● Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
● Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
● If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
● You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
● You have used the item for which the claim was raised.
13. What is the process of cancellation of Orders?
Once an order is placed, the customer can cancel the concerned order by logging into their account and tapping on the "my orders" section under "my account". The customer can then select the order in question and click on cancel order. It is important to note that an order can be cancelled only before the shipping process is initiated at our warehouse.
14. How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?
It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your location. Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify you with the estimated delivery date on your registered contact details via email / SMS along with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details. If the order can’t be fulfilled, the same will be cancelled and your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
15. How much do we charge for delivering the products?
The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the product page. The amount that you pay while placing the order at Style Baazar would include the product and courier charges. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. You are not required to pay any extra amount at the time of receiving the COD order.
16. Who to contact if an order is out for delivery but has not reached?
Courier companies update the tracking number on their website after the shipment is handed over to them. Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for the tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination. If you have recently received the shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time. If the tracking number is still not updated, please get in touch with us. There could be a delay depending upon your shipping address, merchant's location, courier services, and unfavorable climatic conditions. You can track your shipment from the courier company’s website, using the tracking number sent to you on your registered Email/Contact number. If there's no update in shipment, please wait for 48 hours. Else, get in touch with our customer support team. If the status is marked as “out for delivery”, and is not delivered to you in the next 24 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will follow up with the courier partner until your order is delivered.
17. What should customers do if the product is delivered to the wrong address?
In case, you discover that the courier partner has delivered your package to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us at email@example.com. We will follow up with the courier partner and notify you at the earliest possible. You can also contact the customer care for the same.
18. Can a customer change the shipping address after placing the order?

19. What is RTO? What happens after an RTO is received by Style Baazar?
'Return To Origin' or RTO means that the courier company tried to deliver the order at your address but could not deliver the same due to any of the following reasons:
● You were not available to receive the order.
● Your location was out of the delivery area of the courier.
● The payment was not ready with you at the time of delivery.
● Your address was not traceable. Hence, it is shipped back to Style Baazar.
● If it is a Cash On Delivery Order, the product will be returned to the merchant.
● If it is a Prepaid Order, we will refund the amount to your bank account.
